1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using FunnelNinja, you agree to these Terms. If you use the service on behalf of a brand or organization, you confirm you are authorized to do so.

2. The service

FunnelNinja helps you connect advertising accounts, view reporting, and (where enabled) manage campaigns. We operate on the ad accounts you connect using the access you grant; you remain the owner of those accounts and responsible for the advertising spend billed to them.

3. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
• Only connect ad accounts you own or are authorized to manage.
• Comply with the terms and policies of any connected platform (e.g. Meta).
• Use the service lawfully and not attempt to disrupt or misuse it.

4. Ad spend & billing

Advertising spend is billed by the ad platforms to the payment methods on your own ad accounts. FunnelNinja does not control or carry that spend during the MVP.

5. Availability

The service is provided "as is" during this MVP period. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may change or suspend features.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, FunnelNinja is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for advertising outcomes, losses, or platform decisions outside our control.

7. Termination

You may stop using the service and disconnect accounts at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
