FunnelNinja ("we", "us") provides a performance-marketing platform that helps brands manage and report on advertising across connected platforms. Contact: omar@funnelninja.com.
To provide reporting and campaign management, to operate and secure the service, and to communicate with you about your account. We do not sell your personal data.
We share data with: the ad platforms you connect (e.g. Meta) to perform the actions you request; infrastructure/service providers that host the platform on our behalf; and where required by law. Connected platforms process data under their own policies.
We retain account and advertising data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, then delete or anonymize it on request or after account closure.
Access tokens and credentials are stored with access controls and transmitted over HTTPS. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may disconnect any connected ad account at any time. We aim to comply with applicable regulations including GDPR and the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL). Email omar@funnelninja.com.
